Worship

A warm welcome awaits you at any or all of our worship services

We meet for worship:

Every Sunday morning at 10.30am
The 4th Sunday of each month at 6.30pm
Every Tuesday morning at 10.15am

Sunday morning worship is fairly traditional, a mixture of Hymns, prayers, bible readings and a sermon. Usually on the first Sunday of the month we celebrate Holy Communion, which is open to all. The service lasts about an hour, a little longer when Holy Communion is celebrated or there is a baptism or other special event. Tea and Coffee is served, usually in the café area of the church after the service.

Our monthly Sunday Evening service is less formal and held in the Café area, with tea and coffee served before the service begins. Singing is usually accompanied by guitars. We are on the lookout for more musicians to come and play for these services.

The Tuesday morning service is led by different people each week, usually members of our congregation or our minister. As a result the format and style varies. However we always include prayers for healing for those whose names have been place in our prayer book over the past week. We also offer individuals the ministry of healing prayer and the laying on of hands if requested. This is a short service of between 30 and 45 minutes. Many of those attending continue in fellowship over coffee in our Café Oasis after the service. Someone is available to pray with anyone wanting a private prayer after the service

As the church is open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3.30pm on Fridays; the sanctuary area or quiet room is usually available for anyone wanting a personal time of prayer or contemplation

Baptisms and Weddings are arranged through the Minister.
