Children’s Activities

Messy Tots

This group, for children under school age and their parents, grandparents and carers, is held every Monday during term time from 10.00am until 11.30am.

Children will be able to play with a wide range of toys. Story books to read to the children and a sing- along session are included for all who wish to join in.

Soft drinks are available for the children and tea/coffee for the adults. There is no charge made for those attending but voluntary contributions towards the costs of the refreshments are very welcome.

For further information please pop in and speak to reception.

Messy Church

Do not assume that messy means sticky fingers, glue covered table tops, bits of fluff, glitter, feather, etc. everywhere – it may, but that is not the reason for the name.

If you look at the logo you will see that it looks like an ink blot, without a definite shape; that is an image of Messy Church, no definite shape, a fluid organisation that can move in various directions, not keeping anyone in, or out.

All are invited, children, parents, grandparents and friends. There will be activities for all ages and we shall finish with a short time in the sanctuary to share what we have done, followed by light refreshments together.

Messy Church happens every second Saturday of the month, except August, 2pm-4pm.
